High Protein Overnight Oats

Grab & Go High Protein Breakfast

Breakfast on a GLP-1 journey is often where good intentions fall flat. Waking up with little to no appetite makes the thought of chewing through eggs or a massive plate of toast completely unappealing. But skipping breakfast entirely often leads to energy crashes, morning fatigue, and struggling to hit your protein targets later in the day.

These High Protein Strawberry Overnight Oats are the ultimate grab-and-go solution. By pairing Jungle Oats with First Choice High Protein Strawberry Milk and thick Clover Greek yoghurt, you get a luscious, strawberry milkshake-style breakfast that packs 24g of protein into a gentle, easy-to-digest jar.

Prep it in under 5 minutes the night before, let the oats and chia seeds do their magic in the fridge, and wake up to a breakfast that protects your lean muscle and keeps you full well into your workday.

GLP-1 Tips:
  • Texture Secret (Blended vs Whole): If you experience early morning fullness or mild medication nausea, blend the dry Jungle Oats into a fine flour before mixing. It creates a smooth, dessert-like strawberry pudding consistency that is much easier to get down than chewy oats.
  • Lowering the Sugar: If you want to shave off ~60 calories and ~15g of carbs, swap the 15ml of Huletts for sugar-free maple syrup (or a few drops of liquid stevia).
  • Meal-Prep Friendly: Double or triple the recipe in individual jars on a Sunday evening – they stay fresh and delicious in the fridge for up to 4 days!

Instructions

  • In a 350ml glass jar or sealable meal-prep container, add the rolled oats (whole or pre-blended) and chia seeds.
  • Pour in the First Choice High Protein Strawberry Milk, Clover Strawberry Greek yoghurt, and Maple flavoured syrup.
  • Use a spoon or small whisk to mix vigorously, making sure no dry oats or chia seeds are clumped at the bottom corners of the jar.
  • Seal with a lid and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight). The chia seeds and oats will absorb the liquid, turning it thick, creamy, and spoonable.
  • Give it a quick stir in the morning. If it’s too thick, loosen with a splash of milk or water. Enjoy chilled straight from the jar!
